- Payment information — card payments are handled by our payment processor (for example Stripe). We do not see or store your full card number; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.
- Appraisal & gold-buying details — if you sell gold or request an appraisal, we record the pieces, weights, purity and the estimate or price we provide.
- Appointment & enquiry details — the date, type and notes for any appointment or callback you request.
- Account information — if you create an account, your login and saved preferences.
- Site & device data — pages viewed and device/browser information collected through cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and understand what is useful.

Card payments are processed securely by third-party providers certified to industry security standards. Your card details are entered directly with the processor and are never stored on our servers.
